To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
We will refund or replace your item if you have received the wrong item or if there is any inconsistency with your coffee.

Coffee has been a part of our families life since we began farming it in 1989. We now focus on sourcing premium, organic Arabica beans for our blends. Making coffee for my loved ones is a cherished part of my life and I hope you and your family enjoy Caldera Coffee as much as mine does,

What makes Caldera Coffee different?
Caldera Coffee is committed to purity and quality. Our beans are Certified Organic, meaning they're grown without synthetic chemicals. They are also tested to be mycotoxin-free (mould-free), ensuring a clean, healthy cup. We roast all our beans in the Byron Bay Hinterland, focusing on a smooth, chocolatey medium roast that's versatile and balanced.
What does "mycotoxin-free" mean?
Mycotoxins are naturally occurring toxins produced by moulds that can sometimes be found in coffee. We rigorously test our beans to ensure they are free from these contaminants. This means you get a cleaner, purer, and healthier coffee.
Where is your coffee sourced from?
We source our beans from Certified Organic farms. Our decaf is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, processed using the gentle Mountain Water Decaffeination method.
Are your coffee pods compatible with my machine?
Our coffee pods are designed to be compatible with most standard Nespresso®* machines. They are also certified home compostable, making them a great environmental choice.

What grind types do you offer?
We offer both whole bean and ground coffee. You can select the perfect grind for your brewing method:
- Espresso
- Plunger (French Press)
- Stovetop (Moka Pot)
- Pourover (e.g., V60)
- Aeropress
I'm not sure which grind to choose. Can you help?
Absolutely! The best grind depends on your brewer. If you're unsure, choose the whole beans and grind them fresh at home, or contact us at info@calderacoffee.com.au for advice based on your equipment.
How is your decaf coffee processed?
Our Organic Decaf is processed using the Mountain Water Method. This 100% chemical-free process uses pure mountain water from Colombia to gently remove caffeine, preserving the bean's original flavour and integrity without any compromise on taste.
Are your coffee pods really compostable?
Yes! Our coffee pods are certified home compostable. After use, you can simply place them in your home compost bin, where they will break down naturally.

Hi, I don’t have anything negative to say about the coffee, however if I’m being honest the taste is the same as the pods I get from Woolies. I was looking for a more smoother, creamy flavour. I like its organic and the pods are compostable. Overall it’s a decent product.

Very nice coffee
I felt that the coffee was too weak and it had almost no crema at all. I do prefer a stronger coffee as I drink it black and no sugar, so I found it lacked any depth of flavor.
Not happy at all with the coffee pods. I was hoping that the coffee would taste great, being organic and all, but i was really disappointed. I read so many good reviews and thought I’d give it a try. The taste was like watered down coffee and even as it is pouring the lack of color and especially the lack of crema was so very disappointing. I don’t rate this product, but maybe it suits a cappuccino or latte style coffee rather than an espresso or long black.
The perfect tasting organic, mycotoxin free coffee pod delivered to your door. Pods are compostable and customer service is also spot on. I highly recommend.
I bought this coffee as I love to support the Australian Businesses, especially family owned, to give them a go as they are working hard to give their own business a go. I found that Caldera Coffee is bringing quality Organic coffee to Australians and i'm glad I gave them a go. In an honest review I thoroughly enjoyed this coffee and although I have in the past enjoyed a darker roast, the signature blend I found it is a smooth medium roast is all they are describing and I thoroughly enjoyed every drop. It definitely is full bodied and has the flavor of chocolate and caramel, and enjoyed having the option of buying already in the espresso coffee pods. I enjoyed it so much I could not pass the offer offer of subscribing and saving 10%. This review sounds like it is scripted but I guarantee it its not, I love to give credit where credit is due. Come over and I will share a cuppa and we can talk about it...

Great coffee, only bought the pods but nice balance for a early morning coffee. Will definitely be buying again.
I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but when I do drink coffee a few times per week I don't want to be consuming pesticide or heavy metal residues, plus I choose to support organic and regen farming methods, after all, if our environment isn't healthy, how can we be? I ordered the pods, they were delivered quickly and taste delicious!!! Highly recommend! Thank you for your great coffee guys :)
