What makes Caldera Coffee different?
Caldera Coffee is committed to purity and quality. Our beans are Certified Organic, meaning they're grown without synthetic chemicals. They are also tested to be mycotoxin-free (mould-free), ensuring a clean, healthy cup. We roast all our beans in the Byron Bay Hinterland, focusing on a smooth, chocolatey medium roast that's versatile and balanced.
What does "mycotoxin-free" mean?
Mycotoxins are naturally occurring toxins produced by moulds that can sometimes be found in coffee. We rigorously test our beans to ensure they are free from these contaminants. This means you get a cleaner, purer, and healthier coffee.
Where is your coffee sourced from?
We source our beans from Certified Organic farms. Our decaf is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, processed using the gentle Mountain Water Decaffeination method.
Are your coffee pods compatible with my machine?
Our coffee pods are designed to be compatible with most standard Nespresso®* machines. They are also certified home compostable, making them a great environmental choice. *Nespresso® is a registered trademark of Société des Produits Nestlé S.A., which is not affiliated with Caldera Coffee.
What grind types do you offer?
We offer both whole bean and ground coffee. You can select the perfect grind for your brewing method:

Absolutely! The best grind depends on your brewer. If you're unsure, choose the whole beans and grind them fresh at home, or contact us at info@calderacoffee.com.au for advice based on your equipment.
How is your decaf coffee processed?
Our Organic Decaf is processed using the Mountain Water Method. This 100% chemical-free process uses pure mountain water from Colombia to gently remove caffeine, preserving the bean's original flavour and integrity without any compromise on taste.
Are your coffee pods really compostable?
Yes! Our coffee pods are certified home compostable. After use, you can simply place them in your home compost bin, where they will break down naturally.

We get both the Signature Organic blend and the Organic Decaf blend. The Decaf is just as good at the signature organic blend but allows you to have that late night coffee without having to worry about being awake all night.
A couple of times I have mistakenly given my quests a Decaf and not a single complaint. Beautiful tasting Coffee, same rich coffee flavour.
The Signature Organic blend is great to have before going into one of those long management meetings.

I have to admit the first coffee was a little different in taste to my original coffee I drank. But after two I was hooked makes a great Crema. I grind my own. I am on my third bag of coffee and will continue to purchase on line. Reasonably priced as my last coffee was 80 dollars a bag so bravo thank you for keeping proces affordable . Great coffee bean and not weak but not too strong

I bought this coffee because it was organic and especially as it was Mycotoxin free. I got the Signature organic blend of coffee beans and the ground coffee. They are delicious. Post was quick, very happy with flavour of this coffee.
Absolutely loving this organic coffee! It’s rich, smooth, and naturally delicious with no bitterness and NO mycotoxins. I’d much rather have coffee at home now. It’s become my favourite morning ritual.
This is my go to now it’s smooth flavourful leaves me wanting another. A double shot gets me through the day or picks me up in the arvo iv also contacted customer support and Lisa was very helpful and my query was answered and fixed in no time.

I've been drinking Caldera Coffee for two years and it gives me peace of mind as I have mold illness. The plunger grind for my french press is awesome. When friends visit they comment as well on the taste and perfect roast. I appreciate the flexibility of altering my regular order because for instance I'm away for a whole month and so i have paused my subscription. I ordered the Caldera Signature Organic Blend for the Stovetop and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The aroma of the coffee grounds was and is sensational. The flavour is absolutely perfect.
Searched hi & low for a half decent medium roast mould free coffee brew from local Aussie companies. Settled on trying this. Hmmm…(critical faculties engaged)…& concluded with a resounding. YEP! Yum. That’s for me.
